01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

04 Account Verification (KYC)

12g555 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification at any point, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or upon triggering certain account activity thresholds.

Acceptable verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Valid Pakistani passport

Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed at the point of deposit and withdrawal within your Account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by 12g555. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 12g555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the funding source must belong to the registered Account holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. 12g555 targets processing of approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within a commercially reasonable timeframe; bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer due to standard interbank processing times. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit or otherwise verified as belonging to the Account holder.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before withdrawals are processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.

• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms breach, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Those specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 12g555 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are only available to users who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified for the relevant promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploitation of offer terms, coordinated play, or systematic wagering designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account suspension.

• In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash (except where wagering requirements have been satisfied), or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 12g555 Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant product. Sport-specific betting rules, casino game rules, and live casino table rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key general betting and gaming rules include:

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any part of the 12g555 Platform
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse, including coordinated play across multiple accounts
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 12g555 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video materials, game mechanics, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 12g555 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 12g555 Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 12g555
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content
• Using 12g555 trademarks, logos, or brand materials in any context without express written permission

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12g555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

Without limiting the above, 12g555 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or network interruptions
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from your participation in gambling activities, including gaming losses

• Identification of multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Detection of prohibited activity including use of bots, exploitation of errors, or match-fixing involvement
• Any court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action

Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by you, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of applicable verification checks.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 12g555 support. Account closure requests are processed within a commercially reasonable period. Closing your Account does not release you from any outstanding obligations incurred prior to closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms
